As someone who does a lot of property management and projects, I can say without question Ernesto is a pro. Shows up on time, ready to go, works fast, efficiently and clean. Best part is unlike a lot of guys these days, he provides great communication, he will text the night before to confirm and lets you know if he's running a couple minutes late. If you aren't satisfied with a job, he'll come back and make it right. Hard to find guys like this anymore. If he can fit you in, use him for sure.

Let me start by saying that every aspect of dealing with Ernesto was 5*. Prompt communicator, great guidance, competitive pricing, no games. Ernesto removed a few tons of heavy concrete blocks as well as some heavy palm tree trunks and roots. I've used a few other services in the past and have had several people come by and quote me for this job. The range was insane, some were downright insulting, quoting 4-5X the average. Ernesto came by and took a look at the material in order to ensure he can provide an accurate quote. He even suggested a different service for some dirt which he could have done but knew that others can do it cheaper. A good indication of an honest person. The removal was as scheduled, quick, clean and efficient execution. With all this said, there are ultimately two factors that matter: 1) paying a fair price without being taken advantage of. I've done the math, made the mistakes, hands down best price/value ratio with Ernesto. 2) getting the job done as quoted, no games, safe, clean and fast. Again, couldn't be happier. Don't take my word for it, look around, get some quotes but I am convinced that Ernesto's will come out as the top choice.

I sent a request for quotes on the demolition project we needed done to about 5 companies on Yelp. Ernesto responded in minutes, can we say that very same night to give me a quote and was able to start the following Monday morning, instead of on Wednesday like he first thought. SO FAST on every level. And Ernesto and his crew finished the job a day ahead of schedule. They took down a shed, a gazebo, yards and yards of concrete, old fences, planters, landscape rocks (the old school small ones that aren't quite gravel but aren't large enough for anything other than ground cover... and they were PINK yuck!) They left no mess in the driveway either day which is important in our case because we had it resurfaced a few years ago and careless contractors can definitely scratch it easily. In terms of getting a quote (I do the same kind of thing in my work, survey window treatment projects and price them out) he was epic. None of his competition got back to me even remotely as quickly, some never did, some never followed up. It's really important to me that he was so efficient. His price was reasonable! Landscape and Hardscape Demo is hard work, these guys earned every penny, and I felt like I got a good deal at the same time. Not only would I highly recommend Ernesto to the Yelp community and my own friends, I am already planning to use him again on a hillside project we will need next spring. Ernesto is the bomb!

I hired Ernesto and his crew to demo some old planters to make room for a new landscape design. Ernesto gave me a very competitive bid so I went with his company. Ernesto and his crew showed up on time and the planters were way over built and it took his crew and extra day. I personally added and extra $250.00 to the job because I had no idea the planters were so overbuilt. Ernesto and his crew work extremely hard for two days but were very friendly. If anyone is considering hiring a crew for demolition I can not recommend Ernesto high enough, very honest and hard working young man.

Ernesto did a great job hauling away a large load of junk I had accumulated. We exchanged a few texts with photos and gave me a fair price. He did not try to change the price upon arrival either unlike some other haulers have done. When he was delayed at the land fill, he texted me to let me know. He uses a large trailer so can haul away a lot of stuff at one shot. He picked up everything from heavy chunks of granite to little bits of paper in the clean up area. Ernesto and his crew did two BIG jobs for my son. Each job was very labor-intensive. The first job he removed a giant wooden deck from the backyard and took all the wood and trash away. He and his crew did a great job removing waste and also cleaning up after themselves. We needed our whole front yard landscaping to be removed. He cut down two dead trees and removed tons of old landscaping bushes. He hauled it all away for us! We were very happy with his services. They were very honest, prompt and responsive. He is very affordable and I highly recommend him!

Ernesto is a professional certainly. I received other quotes by pictures but Ernesto provided an on-site assessment with the most fairest and reasonable quote. Comparatively Ernesto showed more interest and care towards my needs than his counterparts. Also this rental was vacated with a mountain of personal property literally. From the front side of my house to the backyard was an enormous long pile of appliances to furniture to mattresses to clothes to everything you don't want deal with. Ernesto crushed this project in about three hours. He's one the nicest guys in this industry. Arrived on time. Completed the job thoroughly. Worth every dollar.
